People sometimes ask why Menās Hearts offers retreats specifically for gay and queer men.
It is a fair question.
And the answer is not about exclusion.
It is about creating a space where certain experiences, questions and challenges can be explored more deeply.
As gay men, many of us share common experiences.
Questions about belonging.
Questions about intimacy.
Questions about love, sexuality and identity.
While every journey is unique, there is often something powerful about exploring these themes alongside other men who understand them from the inside.
At Menās Hearts, we believe that shared experience creates trust.
And trust creates the conditions for deeper connection.
Our retreats are not built around labels.
They are built around human experience.
Many participants arrive looking for something more than personal development.
They are looking for authentic connection.
They are looking for meaningful intimacy.
They are looking for spaces where tenderness, vulnerability and sexuality can coexist naturally.
For some men, this journey begins after years spent navigating dating apps, nightlife or relationships that did not fully nourish them.
Others come simply because they are curious about Tantra and want to explore it in a welcoming environment.
What unites them is a desire for something deeper.
Something more conscious.
Something more connected.
At Menās Hearts, Tantra becomes a path of brotherhood, presence and personal transformation.
Our retreats invite gay and queer men to reconnect with themselves, with others and with the parts of life that often get neglected in the rush of everyday living.
We explore intimacy, embodiment, creativity, spirituality and conscious relationship through practices inspired by Tantra and French Neo-Tantra.
All retreats are open to international participants and are offered in both French and English, with translation provided whenever needed.
Whether you are experienced with Tantra or completely new to it, you are welcome.
Because sometimes the most important part of the journey is simply finding a place where you feel at home.
Tantrically,
