How the retreats work
and the container

A safe and grounded experience,
where you explore Tantra
within a clear and supportive container.

How the retreats unfold

No retreat requires any prior experience or background, whether in Tantra or personal growth.
You are invited to move at your own pace. What matters is to arrive as you are, with your desire to connect.

You are free to join the retreat that resonates with you.
There are no levels and no prerequisites. Each experience is complete in itself.

Each retreat carries its own atmosphere and intention.
They include tantric massage, practices inspired by traditional Tantra and neo-Tantra, moments of movement and dance, guided and active meditations, sharing circles, creative spaces, and a clear, accessible foundation for all.

Men’s Hearts Tantra retreats can be experienced alone or as a couple.
They are residential, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.

A phone call can take place between you and me, Guillaume, or Tim, a member of Men's Hearts team either at your request or us, to explore your journey, your needs, or your intentions.
If you would like a call before registering, you can contact us by clicking here.

The retreat container

To create a space of safety, freedom, trust, and respect,

each participant agrees to:

Honor each person’s beliefs and sensitivities, whether spiritual, religious, or philosophical.

Respect the diversity of life paths and sexual orientations, as well as the integrity of every man.

Respect yourself.

Respect the boundaries of others.

Support the cohesion of the group, in a spirit of presence, listening, and kindness.

Take care of the place that welcomes us.

Keep private what is lived during the retreats, to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience.

Not disclose the identity, words, or experiences of other participants.

Keep confidential all materials shared after the retreat (notes, playlists, photos).

The commitment of Men’s Hearts

Guillaume Douceré, facilitator of Cœurs d’hommes, tantric masseur for men, clinical psychologist, clairvoyant therapist, explains the framework of gay Tantra workshops, also known as sex yoga.

In return, the Men’s Hearts team commits to:

Sharing the teachings of Tantra in a spirit of equality, presence, and transmission.

Not imposing any belief system or rigid framework, while supporting each man’s autonomy and inner guidance.

Welcoming each participant with a respectful, grounded, and non-judgmental presence.

Offering high-quality listening, both in collective moments and in individual exchanges.

Holding a space where these experiences remain authentic, warm, and deeply alive.
