Men’s Hearts invites you to six nights of Tantric summer holidays at Terra Rosa, on Spain’s Costa Brava. A space to slow down, enjoy nature and explore a different way to connect with men.

Ecstasy, Sensuality and Connection brings together daily Tantra practices and generous free time. Explore desire, touch and presence, with room to rest, meet other men or simply do nothing.

During this retreat, you can:

Throughout this experience, you’ll be invited to explore the connections between pleasure, relaxation and presence. Practices to explore in the privacy of your room will also be offered.

Come on your own or with your partner. Beginners and experienced men are welcome. The retreat is facilitated in English and French.

A Typical Day

Here is the usual rhythm of a day at the retreat:

8 am -9 am: Active meditation

9 am -10:30 am: Breakfast and a break

10:30 am-1 pm: Sharing and Tantric practices, or free time

1 pm -3:30 pm: Lunch, rest and free time

3:30 pm -7 pm: Tantric practices or free time

7 pm -8:30 pm: Dinner and a break

From 8:30 pm: Evening practice in the group space or in your room

This schedule is indicative. Timings and activities may vary depending on the group's rhythm and the retreat.

- Full-board accommodation for 6 nights: €565 per person in a shared room

€635 per person in a twin or couples’ room with shared bathroom facilities;

€755 with private bathroom facilities

€855 in a single room with shared bathroom facilities; €950 with private bathroom facilities, subject to availability
