Our Men’s Hearts retreats regularly take place in Catalonia, Spain.
With its marina, sandy beaches, and Mediterranean coastline, Roda de Berà is a peaceful seaside village in the Tarragona region.
Close to Sitges, this area offers a wide open sea view, warm light, and a sense of freedom that invites relaxation and expansion.
La Casa Dorada
Just 40 minutes from Barcelona airport and 30 minutes from Sitges, Chris and Simone welcome us into their retreat space.
Located in a quiet residential area, this large contemporary villa is surrounded by a lush tropical garden.
True to its name, “The Golden House” sits on a small hill, cooled by sea breezes in summer.
It is only a short walk from wide sandy beaches.
The venue regularly hosts international Tantra and conscious intimacy retreats.
Facilities
This elegant house offers bright and comfortable shared rooms for 2 to 5 participants, as well as couple accommodation.
A large space dedicated to Tantra practice allows us to explore together.
The venue is fully reserved for our group, creating a sense of immersion and shared experience.
The layout naturally supports a feeling of living as a small tantric community.
Food
Our chef, Sarah, prepares fresh, colourful vegetarian meals.
The cuisine is designed to nourish the body without heaviness, allowing you to stay open, present, and available for the practices.
Activities & Spaces
During free time, you can enjoy the naturist pool and sauna to relax and unwind.
The spacious terrace, surrounded by a tropical garden, offers quiet and intimate corners to rest.
You can also relax by the pool or explore the nearby beaches.
Accommodation
La Casa Dorada offers shared rooms and couple rooms, each with direct access to the garden.
For a 5-day retreat, full board accommodation is €560 per person.
Accommodation is paid on site.
Prices include accommodation and a contribution towards the accommodation costs of the facilitation team.

To make travel easier, participants often organise car sharing.
