"Aquatic Tantra, Flow and Sensuality" Retreat

What if you could move through life with less tension, less control and more trust in what you feel?

“Flow, Sensuality and Tantric Touch” invites you to explore fluidity through your body, your relationships and the way you move through everyday life.

For four days, water will be our guiding element. Through body-based practices, movement, dance, touch and experiences in warm water, you will explore how to soften without losing yourself, adapt without disappearing and stay connected to what you truly feel.

Some of the practices will take place in the outdoor heated pool at Le Moulin de Mousseau, creating a unique space to experience the body, touch and connection differently.

During this retreat, you will be able to:
