Location
Our Men’s Hearts retreats take place around 1.5 hours south of Paris, in the Loire Valley region of France, near the Loing river (a tributary of the Seine).
Surrounded by nature, water, and soft morning light, this peaceful environment supports deep connection, relaxation, and inner exploration between men.
Le Moulin de Mousseau
Located in the French countryside south of Paris, Marie welcomes us into her charming retreat house, “Le Moulin de Mousseau.”
This beautiful property hosts groups throughout the year for a variety of retreats and workshops.
The elegance of the buildings, the presence of water, and the abundance of greenery create an atmosphere that feels immediately calming and rejuvenating.
Facilities
This restored former mill offers 11 bedrooms, with options for single, shared, or couple accommodation.
A spacious practice room under the roof welcomes our group sessions.
With its authenticity and comfort, the house invites you to slow down, relax, and disconnect from the pace of daily life.
Food
Meals are traditional, generous, and prepared with care.
The shared menu allows vegetarian participants to eat comfortably throughout the stay.
The Park
A large natural park is available for outdoor practices, meditations, and moments of rest.
You can walk by the water, sit by the river, or simply enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
In the warmer months, you can enjoy the heated outdoor pool.
In winter, the warmth of the fireplace adds a quiet and cosy atmosphere.
Accommodation
Your stay at Le Moulin de Mousseau:
Shared room: €335 per person
Single room: €380 (subject to availability)
Full board accommodation must be paid for on site.
Prices include accommodation and a €50 contribution towards the accommodation costs of the facilitation team.
Getting There by Car
To make travel easier, participants often organise car sharing between themselves.
Le Moulin de Mousseau (Montbouy) is located:
1.5 hours from Paris (via A6 and A77 highways)
Travelling alone? You may be able to share a ride with another participant.

You can request car sharing after receiving your travel information.
