About the event
Over Valentine’s weekend, Men’s Hearts invites you to explore desire, connection and intimacy in a different way.
Four days to explore how you love, communicate, meet other men and build relationships.
If you are single, this retreat is an opportunity to look at your relationship patterns and discover new ways of connecting.
If you come as a couple, take time together to nurture your bond, explore your desire and bring more intimacy into your relationship.
Through body-based and relational practices, meditation, Tantric massage, role-playing exercises and sharing circles, you will discover practical ways to communicate differently, explore your sexuality and bring more harmony into your relationships.
During this retreat, you will be able to:
🩵 Better understand how you love and the patterns you bring into relationships
🩵 Explore new ways of meeting men, communicating and building connection
🩵 Discover practical tools to deepen intimacy and experience sexuality differently
🩵 Explore desire, touch and sensuality with respect for everyone's boundaries
🩵 Learn from other men's experiences through openness, mutual support and brotherhood
Single men and couples will share their experiences, questions and perspectives, learning from one another in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
If you come as a couple, you are free to stay together as partners during the practices, respecting your shared choices and boundaries.
A typical day
Here is the usual rhythm of a day on retreat:
8:00–9:00 am: Active meditation
9:00–10:30 am: Breakfast and break
10:30 am–1:00 pm: Sharing and tantric practices
1:00–3:30 pm: Lunch, rest and free time
3:30–8:00 pm: Tantric practices
8:00–9:30 pm: Dinner and break
From 9:30 pm: Evening practice
