About the event
Over Valentine’s weekend, Men’s Hearts invites you to explore desire, connection and intimacy.
A time to better understand how you love, choose, meet another man and build a relationship.
Whether you are single or in a relationship, this retreat invites you to explore your love life as it is today, with your desires, impulses, fears, habits and aspirations.
Through body-based practices, meditations, massage, sharing circles and partner explorations, you will be invited to meet others with greater presence and notice what arises within you as the connection becomes more intimate.
During this retreat, you will be able to:
