Tantra for Men:
A Different Way to Connect With Men
Gay Tantra: Desire, Tenderness and Deeper Connection
You may have searched for “tantra for men” because something about meeting other men feels unfinished. Not necessarily wrong. Just missing a little space, tenderness, truth or freedom.
At Men’s Hearts, Tantra for men means an experience created primarily for gay, bisexual and queer men. A place where desire is welcome, where the body has a voice, and where connection does not have to become a performance.

What does Tantra for men mean at Men’s Hearts?
There is no single experience behind the words “tantra for men”. At Men’s Hearts, they describe the Gay Tantra retreats I offer in France and Spain: a journey through presence, conscious touch, intimacy, spirituality and the relationships we build with one another.
Our starting point is the lived experience of men who love men. The ways we desire each other. The courage it can take to be seen. The tenderness we sometimes long for and do not always know how to ask for.
You do not need to fit into a particular image of masculinity or of gay life. You simply come with your own story.
Want to explore this approach in greater depth?
From desire to a deeper connection
I do not see sexuality and spirituality as enemies. I see them as parts of a life that can be explored with curiosity and awareness.
What happens when you can look at another man without having to impress him?
When touch becomes a conversation, rather than something to achieve?
When desire is felt, recognised and given time?
The retreats invite you to discover those moments.
Not to change who you are, but to meet yourself and other men with more presence. To make room for friendship, tenderness, laughter, vulnerability and pleasure.

The French Neo-Tantra approach
The path I share is inspired by French Neo-Tantra, with relationship at its heart.
Meditation, movement, breathing, sharing circles, ritual and tantric massage can all become ways of exploring the body and the energy of connection.
This is not about learning to be a more impressive lover. It is about finding another quality of presence, with yourself and with others.
The body matters. Erotic energy matters.
And so does the human being in front of you.
There is room for joy and playfulness, as well as for the moments when something more sensitive asks to be heard.
Consent is part of the experience
Every practice takes place within a clear and caring framework. Sexual intercourse is not part of the retreat practices. Nudity may be invited in certain rituals, but it is never required.
Before more involving practices and massage, you are invited to express your needs and boundaries. You can say yes, say no, change your mind, observe or take a break in a neutral space.
In Tantra, you can always do less.
That freedom is essential. It allows intimacy to grow without pressure, and each man to discover his own rhythm.

Coming alone or with your partner
• Many men arrive on their own.
• Others join with their partner because they would like to explore a different kind of closeness together.
• Couples can choose to remain partners during the more intimate practices; we talk about this before the retreat.
• Beginners are welcome.
• The retreats are facilitated in both English and French, with men travelling from different countries.
• They are designed mainly for gay, bisexual and queer men while remaining open to other adult men who feel at home with this approach and its agreements.
Find the retreat that speaks to you
There are no levels to complete. One retreat may invite you to explore intimacy, another energy, pleasure, relationship or inner strength. Each is its own doorway.
Our retreats take place in France and Spain. You can explore the upcoming dates, read about the framework and, if you wish, get in touch before you decide.
