About the event
Men’s Hearts invites you to an intense four-day immersion into inner strength, vitality and sensuality.
Inner strength is not about becoming harder. It grows when you feel grounded within yourself, express what you truly want and set clear boundaries.
Between the desire to be wanted, the fear of rejection and the pressure to adapt to others, it can sometimes be difficult to remain connected to what feels right for you.
You will learn to listen to your impulses, welcome both yes and no, and remain free within connection.
You will deepen your confidence, awaken your sexual energy and explore how you meet other men.
During this retreat, you will be able to:

This retreat is open both to men discovering Tantra and to those wishing to deepen their practice.

A Typical Day
Here is the usual rhythm of a day at the retreat:
8:00–9:00 am: Active meditation
9:00–10:30 am: Breakfast and break
10:30 am–1:00 pm: Sharing and tantric practices
1:00–3:30 pm: Lunch, rest and free time
3:30–8:00 pm: Tantric practices
8:00–9:30 pm: Dinner and breakFrom
9:30 pm: Evening practice
This schedule is indicative. Timings and activities may vary depending on the group's rhythm and the retreat.
