Our Sessions : Themes & Dates

Men’s Hearts regularly offers one-day workshops and 4-day residency courses.

They combine massages, meditations, personal development exercises, speaking time and sacred rituals.

The aim of the workshops is to allow each man along the path to get an idea of what Tantra is and what are its contributions, in order to demystify it.

The residency sessions (or sessions) are intended to be more immersive.

In order to take into account the individuality of each participant, the workshops are limited to 14 men,

and our sessions welcome a maximum of 18 men.

Feel free to join which ever session or workshop appeals you. There is no “level” and each session is independent from the others.

"At the Heart of the feminine energy" Session

This Gay Tantra workshop offers to welcome and recognize the feminine part that lies within each of us.

Deploying your creativity, fully accepting her feminine side, her qualities, her softness and her fragility are the themes of this course which proposes to bring out this often hidden part of us.

This course also offers to learn and experiment the art of prostatic massage.

Stage " Au cœur de l'Amour "

Stage "Au cœur de l'Amour"

Ce stage de Tantra gay est axé sur le deuxième centre soit le chakra du cœur (centre énergétique).

Il propose de s'accepter tel que l'on est afin de s'aimer et de mieux aimer.

Ce stage permet de voir l'autre avec les yeux du cœur et d'exprimer sa tendresse.

Il invite également à sortir de la répétition des échecs amoureux afin de s'approcher d'un idéal de relation sécurisante.
